DWR is an effective training session for

low impact excercise class, improving
overall endurance, muscle tone, flexibility,
range of motion and general fitness!
Suitable for non-swimmers, this class is
taken in shallow water, working with the
resistance of the water, no jarring on the
joints, a great fitness activity for all ages!
